You can pay for your Tempest order by bank transfer from your card account or on delivery through Nova Poshta. Select your preferred payment method at checkout.
Payment by bank transfer
To pay from your bank card account, select “Payment by bank transfer” at checkout. Use the bank details provided to make the transfer in your banking app.
Payment on delivery through Nova Poshta
To pay when you receive your order, select “Nova Poshta cash on delivery” at checkout.
The buyer pays any money transfer fee separately, at the rates charged by the cash-on-delivery service.
Delivery is paid for by the buyer at the carrier’s rates, regardless of the order total or payment method.
Payment for printed clothing
Printed T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts are made to order and require full payment in advance. Cash on delivery is not available for these items.
Before paying, check your selected print, colour and size. You can find garment measurements in our size guide. If you are unsure which size to choose, contact us — we will help you find the right fit before you place your order.
Exchanges and returns
If the trousers or shorts you ordered are not suitable, you can contact us to request an exchange or return within 14 days. Please message or call us to arrange the details.
Separate exchange and return conditions apply to printed T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts made to order. Please check these conditions with us before paying for your chosen item.
